Patient A
This patient came in with heavy, full breasts that pulled forward and downward, with stretched skin and enlarged areolas that showed how much the tissue had grown. Both the front and side views show how far the breasts hung below the natural fold line. Surgery removed a large amount of breast tissue, lifted the nipples back into a higher position, and reduced the areola size to better match the new shape. The after photos show a smaller, perkier chest with breasts that sit high and even with no leftover sag.
Patient B
Asymmetry was a major part of this case, with the right breast hanging noticeably lower than the left and pulling more weight to that side. Stretch marks and stretched skin had built up over the years, especially along the lower part of each breast. The procedure reduced both sides while taking extra tissue from the larger one to bring the breasts into balance, and the nipples were repositioned during the lift. The after photos show two breasts that now match in size, height, and shape from every angle.
Patient C
The most striking part of this case is the size difference between the two breasts in the before photo, with one significantly larger and lower than the other. The asymmetry made it hard to find clothes that fit and likely caused strain on her shoulders and back. Surgery focused on bringing both breasts into balance, with more tissue removed from the larger side and a lift performed on each. The result is a chest that looks even and natural, with strong symmetry that was missing before.
Patient D
This patient had moderate-sized breasts with stretched skin and large areolas that took up much of the lower breast surface. The shape was full but heavy, and the tissue had started to settle below the fold. The procedure removed excess tissue, lifted the breasts into a higher position, and reduced the areolas so they would sit in better proportion to the new shape. The after photos show a rounder, firmer chest with smaller areolas and a more youthful look from both the front and the side.
Patient E
A heavy chest combined with a fuller midsection often makes breast reduction more impactful, and that was the case here. The before photos show large breasts that hung over the upper belly, with the nipples pointing slightly outward. Surgery reduced the size, lifted the breasts, and repositioned the nipples to face forward. The after image shows a noticeably smaller and lighter chest, which also helps the rest of the torso look more proportioned.
Patient F
This was one of the more dramatic cases in terms of how far the breasts hung, with the nipples sitting close to the level of the belly button before surgery. Major sagging and stretched skin meant the procedure needed both heavy tissue removal and a full lift to fully restore the shape. The areolas were also reduced so they would not look too large on the smaller breasts. The after photo shows a high, full chest with the nipples back in a natural forward-facing position and no leftover sag.
Patient G
Stretched skin and visible stretch marks across the breasts told the story of years of carrying heavy tissue. The areolas had grown much larger than average, and both breasts had settled well below the natural fold. Surgery removed a sizable amount of tissue, repositioned the nipples upward, and reduced the areolas to fit the smaller new shape. The after photos show a chest that sits high and round, with the stretch marks now contained to a much smaller area.
Patient H
The standout feature in this before photo is the size of the areolas, which had stretched out to cover most of each breast. The breast tissue itself was moderate in size, but the oversized areolas threw off the proportions and gave the chest an unbalanced look. Surgery reduced the areolas to a more typical size and lifted the breasts at the same time to refine the overall shape. The after photo shows a chest that looks balanced and natural, with areolas that now sit in proportion to the rest of the breast.
Patient I
The before photos show full, projecting breasts with darker areolas that took up much of the lower breast surface. The shape was rounded but heavy, and the lower halves had begun to droop below the fold. Surgery brought the size down, lifted the breasts higher on the chest wall, and trimmed the areola edges for better proportion. The after photos show a smaller, more lifted chest with cleaner shape from both the front and the side.
Patient J
This patient's breasts were not severely oversized, but the weight and shape still caused real issues. The lower halves had stretched out and pulled the nipples downward, which gave the chest a tired look. The procedure removed a moderate amount of tissue and lifted the breasts so the nipples would face forward instead of down. The after image shows breasts that look firmer and rounder, with a noticeable boost in shape from the side view.
Patient L
This patient's breasts were full and heavy, with most of the weight settled in the lower halves and the nipples pulled downward. Stretched skin had built up over time, and the areolas had grown wider than the patient wanted. Surgery removed excess tissue, lifted both breasts higher on the chest wall, and reduced the areolas to better match the new shape. The after photos show a firmer, rounder chest with strong forward projection from the side view.
Patient M
This patient had full, heavy breasts with most of the volume sitting low and pulling the nipples downward. The skin had stretched out over time, especially along the lower halves where most of the weight had settled. Surgery removed a moderate amount of tissue, lifted the breasts higher on the chest wall, and repositioned the nipples to face forward. The after photos show a softer, more natural shape with better balance against the rest of her frame.
Patient N
The before photos show very heavy breasts with deep stretching that extended well past the natural fold line. Skin tone played a role in surgical planning, with incisions placed to blend in with the natural pigment as healing progresses. A large amount of tissue was removed, the nipples were lifted into a much higher position, and the areolas were reduced for better proportion. The after photos show a chest that looks lighter, rounder, and more youthful from every angle.
Patient O
This was one of the most dramatic reductions in the set, with breasts so large that they hung past the level of the waistband in the before photo. The weight had clearly affected daily function, posture, and clothing fit for a long time. Surgery involved major tissue removal, full repositioning of the nipples, and tight skin reshaping to handle the new breast size. The after photos show a chest that fits her body normally for the first time, with breasts that sit high and round on the chest wall.
Patient P
The before photos show full breasts with the nipples sitting near the bottom edge of each breast, which is a clear sign that the tissue had stretched downward over time. The shape was rounded but heavy, with the lower halves doing most of the work to support the weight. Surgery reduced the size, lifted the breasts so the nipples would sit higher and face forward, and refined the overall shape. The after photos show a tighter, perkier chest with strong upper pole fullness that was missing before.
Patient Q
This patient came in with full breasts that had stretched downward, with nipples pointing slightly toward the outside. Surgery removed a notable amount of tissue and repositioned the nipples to face forward in a more natural way. The reduction was on the larger end, which gave her a much smaller and lighter chest overall. The after photos show breasts that look proportional to her slim frame, with a major change in size visible from the side view.
Patient R
The before photos show heavy breasts with a clear size difference between the two sides, with one breast hanging lower and carrying more weight than the other. The lower halves held most of the volume, and the nipples sat near the bottom edge of each breast. Surgery reduced both sides while taking more tissue from the larger breast to bring them into balance, with a lift performed on each. The after photos show two breasts that now match in size and height, with the nipples in a higher, more centered position.
